Onyina Group is a holding company. It does not build products itself, its companies do. SabiDoc, FinPulse Ai, and Kasa each operate as independent businesses, with their own roadmaps, their own teams, and their own bar to clear.
What they share is Onyina: common infrastructure, a common set of design and engineering standards, and a common mission, building for the parts of the world that most technology companies design around, not for.

Ato Amakye Sam, Co-Founder and CEO, oversees Onyina Group and its expansion across Accra, London, and Washington DC. Kweku Sam, Co-Founder and CTO, sets technical direction across every company in the group and is the architect behind SabiDoc, FinPulse Ai, and Kasa.

Independence, not a portfolio
Onyina isn't a fund holding stakes in companies it has no hand in. Each company is built in-house, by the same founding team, then given the room to run on its own. SabiDoc and FinPulse Ai are live. Kasa is being built with the same standard. Onyina's role is to allocate attention and resources across the group and to hold every company to the same bar, not to run each one day to day.
Onyina is early. Formal governance structures, board composition, bylaws, reporting, will be published here as the company grows and they exist to publish.
